You are invited to the first annual Richmond Poverty Action Forum on Sept. 28, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel. The event is to help identify and and understand the issues faced by Richmond residents living on a fixed income. There will be discussion and activities around the subject aimed at generating calls-to-action from people, agencies and decision makers.
The forum is hosted by the Richmond Advocates and Support Committee as well as the Richmond Poverty Response Committee. All are welcome, including staff of service and government organizations, funders, people with lived experienced and others stakeholders. Spots are limited — please register by filling out the form HERE.
