Going back a few years, the Richmond Poverty Response Committee and other local community organizations hosted “Building Hope: Richmond Affordable Housing Forum” on Oct. 30, 2010. Just like its name, Building Hope provided a venue for attendees to talk about, and become educated on, various affordable housing strategies focused on the city at the time. To celebrate the four year anniversary of the event, we found a few photos from the forum that we’d like to share (and yes, the last picture is none other than that of our own chairperson De Whalen).
