In the spring, Richmond Homeless Connect published a 12-page booklet collating several resources available to low-income residents of Richmond during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. RHC has just updated the document, current as of October 1, and contains a variety of information from a list of organizations serving free meals to available health services.
